The Parish Council gave a warm welcome to our Associate Pastor, Fr. Raymond So

  1. COVID-19 - For the safety of the faithful, the parish encourages the faithful to still wear masks when they come to the church. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please stay at home and rest; when entering the church and receiving Holy Communion, please clean your hands with hand sanitizer and receive Holy Communion with your hands. Continue nodding your head to wish each other peace.

  2. October is month of Holy Rosary.  A Rosary candlelight procession will be held on Saturday, Oct 1st, from 8pm to 9pm.  Through the devotion, we thank Our Lady for her guidance and protection to our families.  Please see the poster for further details.

  3. "Strings of Spiritual Flowers as offerings to Our Lady" - October is Rosary Month, please pray for the needs of individuals, the church and the world. We also use the rosary as spiritual flowers to offer to Our Lady. The faithful can write their names and the number of rosaries on the offering cards, and put them in the offering basket in front of the statue of Our Lady in the church.

  4. Life Chain - This year's Life Chain will be held on Sunday October 2. Because of the road construction work going on in this area, our church will not be used as one of the locations this year. However, parishioners can still join the Life Chains in other nearby locations in unison with other supporters in Canada and the US. Through silent prayer and action, we will publicly demonstrate the Catholic Church's position on the right to life and show support for unborn babies and their parents. Please refer to the church bulletin board for more information.

  5. Diocesan Special Collection - since our parish's donation to ShareLife failed to meet the goal for this year, we will do another collection on October 8th and 9th. Please use Sharelife envelopes and give generously.

  6. Altar Server registration - The Altar Servers are accepting registration forms for returning and new altar servers for the 2022-2023 year. Please inquiry at the Altar Servers’ booth after Mass.

  7. Scout registration – our scout group, 1st Mississauga, is doing registration for the 2022-2023 scouting year. Youth aged 5 to 14 are welcome. We are also recruitment adults to join our leadership team. For details, please email

  8. World Youth Day is the largest gathering of Catholic young people in the world. The next World Youth Day will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from August 1-6, 2023. An information webinar will take place on Monday, Oct 17 at 8pm. Any interested young people aged 18-35 are asked to contact Fr. Raymond for more information.
