1. The solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus - Friday, June 23 is the feast day of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Solemnity Mass will be celebrated at 8:45 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., all are welcome.

  2. Joint pilgrimage to Midland Martyrs' Shrine - The five Chinese Parishes in the Archdiocese of Toronto are organizing a joint pilgrimage to Midland Martyrs’ Shrine to be held on Saturday, July 8th. Transportation by school bus will be arranged. The fee is $20 per person. Please sign up at the parish office if interested. All masses on that day will be cancelled.

  3. Parish Art Show - The Parish Council is organizing an Art Show to be held on September 9 and 10, 2017 for our parishioners to exhibit their artworks. Artworks such as paintings, sculptures, photographs, short films or other media, children’s creations, or any original artworks are welcome. This is a perfect opportunity to share your creation with others and showcase your talent. Please support this event and sign up at the parish office.

  4. Corpus Christi Feast DayJune 18 is Corpus Christi Feast Day. To prepare ourselves spiritually for the Feast Day, please start the Novena Honouring the Body and Blood of Christ on Friday, June 9. On the day of June 18, our parish is holding a Procession of the Blessed Sacrament in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Liturgy includes Adoration, Procession and Benediction. Refreshment will be served afterwards. The program and procession route is posted in the narthex. Solidarity group members please wear your uniform; parishioners please wear the red parish T-shirt or dignified clothing; and bring your rosary, sunscreen, hat or umbrella for the procession.

  5. Summer Camp - our parish will be offering two weeks of summer camp for children from grade 1 to grade 6 on the weeks of July 31 and August 14. The fee is $110 per week per child. If interested, please leave name and contact information in the Parish Office. We are also recruiting youth and adult volunteers. Please sign up in the Parish Office.

  6. Eastern Canada Chinese Catholic Living Camp (“ECCCLC”), also known as Ga Dong, is an annual Catholic retreat that is hosted during labour day weekend. For over 40 years, we have been providing youths from age 17-35 an opportunity to grow spiritually in unity. With activities ranging from active outdoor fun to reflective activities during group and self-reflection to spiritual activities, such as daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Divine Mercy, and Taizé. ECCCLC is a great opportunity for campers to reflect, explore, and ask questions about the Catholic faith and what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Yee Hong Visits

The Yee Hong Visiation Group visits the seniors in the Yee Hong Geriatric Centre on the third Saturday of every month from 1:15 to 3:00 p.m. Through songs, games, Bible stories and gospel sharing, our volunteers help to spread the gospel message and bring some cheer to the seniors. Those who are interested in this apostolic work, please refer to the poster in the church foyer.

Memorial Wall

A Memorial Wall has been erected by the church to honour and commemorate the deceased. On a specific day of each month, there will be mass to pray for them. You may pledge for a name plate on the Wall for your deceased friends or family members.  Please contact the parish office for details.
